Search THE CASTLE

(I've lost my mathom!)

Use the form below to submit your petition for information to The Castle. The Prefect of Documents will file your request, where it will be given the utmost attention of the Prefect's underlings. A brief explanation of language used by past petitioners is given below. However, do not expect too much or too little; expect only what you deserve. Results of your petition will appear below, so scroll down to read them after submission.

Petition the Castle for:

Petition Language

The Prefect allows queries to be formed from arbitrary Boolean expressions containing the keywords AND, OR, and NOT, and grouped with parentheses. He is very particular in which petitions he will or will not answer, so be careful he does not decide to file yours in the back stacks of THE CASTLE. An example of petition language he will consider:

land surveyor
finds documents containing 'land' or 'surveyor'

land or surveyor
same as above

land and surveyor
finds documents containing both 'land' and 'surveyor'

land not surveyor
finds documents containing 'land' but not 'surveyor'

(land not surveyor) and Klamm
finds documents containing 'Klamm', plus 'land' but not 'surveyor'

castle*
finds documents containing words starting with 'castle'
